Anthetic Therapy uses cutting-edge experiential techniques that help you identify different parts of yourself and the roles they play that affect your emotional experience. We have many parts of our psyche that operate mostly in an unconscious manner. The word anthetic simply means ‘blossoming.’ As we explore different parts of ourselves and allow whatever comes up to blossom, we can experience insight and deeper healing. The goals of Anthetic therapy include a sense of inner freedom and peace, radical self-acceptance and the inclusive growth of all parts of ourselves.
Your true worth is the center of your being. Nothing you could do can take that away. From the moment you joined to human race your worth and value were granted along with the right to unconditional love and belonging in this world. Yet we all have an “Inner Critic” that gives us the ongoing sense that this is not true. It can get in the way of our ability to experience joy and causes a great deal of suffering. If you are feeling anxious, ashamed, inferior, or defective, you can bet your Inner Critic is inflicting its torment. I have the skills to help you disarm and get free from this Inner Critic. I can also help you understand the psychological structure that keeps it in place and keeps its torment going. I have the skills to help you dismantle this structure and experience deeper healing, inner freedom, and radical self-acceptance. In therapy, with me, you will learn that you do not deserve to suffer and that you can minimize the power and influence of this Inner Critic.
